Our Mission

Serving the community is our top priority

It is our goal to train in multiple disciplines in order to be prepared to aid our community at times of need. Whether by horseback, ATV, or by our own two feet, we are here to aid the Sheriff’s Office any time they may call on us. From lost hikers, to lost airplanes, and even an occasional evidence search, San Benito County SAR is ready to help. If you’re looking to join a team selflessly dedicated to these virtues, we encourage you to contact us to obtain an application by click on the Join SAR link.
